But one day, I  was  discussing the subject of losing fat with a friend of mine who  is in the medical profession and something he told me  sent me on a journey of self discovery

And my attitude to weight loss changed completely...

I began to research and read any book I could get my hands on, Amazon now know exactly what books to suggest to me each week. I attended an advanced nutrition course to update my knowledge on weight loss and obesity. I studied online and completed advanced hypnosis protocols in weight management and I put all of this to work using myself as my own experiment. I designed my own process of using hypnosis for weight loss in Haverhill, Suffolk and combined this with effective nutrition strategies.

Within just a few short months, I had successfully learned how to lose fat, and I was happily shedding the pounds and gaining more energy than I have had in years!
